Login Process: Users must log in using their registered mobile number and password, with the mobile number verified during registration and updated as necessary.
OTP Verification: After entering credentials, users receive a One-Time Password (OTP) sent to their registered WhatsApp number and email, valid for 5 minutes, usable once, with a maximum of 3 requests per login attempt.
Security Measures: Passwords must include letters, numbers, and special characters; OTPs are randomly generated and encrypted; accounts are locked after 5 consecutive failed login attempts.
User Responsibility: Users must maintain password confidentiality and report suspicious login attempts to support@rolexmipanservice.com.
